main item on the agenda is to give mandate to the Board to submit to the European
Commission and to ACER in accordance with Art 40(3) of Regulation (EU)
2024/1789 a proposal for modification of the Statutes, the Rules of Procedure
and the Code of Conduct to accommodate the integration of gas- and hydrogen
DSOs.
